WE LOSE OUT AS WE DO NOT MEET PEOPLE WHO WANT TO MEET US

This quote is specifically with reference to the sales professionals in the insurance sector. Insurance sales persons are in the most noble profession, but the irony is that, they have to initiate a sale where the prospective customer feels no need to buy an insurance policy. The sales person needs to talk to a young customer about long term planning but he seldom understands, as at that point of time, he doesn't feel the need of an insurance policy. The sales person is thus ignored and numerous people in the country remain under-insured. Hence the quote stands true.... As when the insurance sales professional wants to meet the customer he gives excuses to avoid him. As time passes, age catches up and so do health ailments. As there is a family dependent on him, the customer now gets inclined towards financial protection. Now the customer has the need and desire to evaluate an insurance policy. But its too late, as the policy now comes at a high cost. Also due to health reasons, the insurance company refuses to take the risk of this individual. He tries to desperately buy an insurance policy but the salesperson ignores his calls. Once again, the quote holds good, as the customer is not able to meet the sales person. Hence this quote is my tribute to the sales professionals of the insurance sector.
